Fargo man accused of sexually abusing little girl since she was in 6th grade

FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man is facing charges after police say he sexually abused a girl over the course of several years.

Court records say Benito Fox, 31, began abusing the girl when she was in the 6th grade. Fox touched the girl’s genitals and chest several times and placed his mouth on the girl’s genitals. The girl told investigators that Fox would make her wear less revealing clothing, including changing from long pants to shorts.

The girl told investigators that Fox would treat her like a maid and hit and kick her. Fox told the girl they would “go somewhere romantic” when she turned 18.

Fox is charged with Felony AA Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.
