Arrested bus driver because he caused an accident near Umka

Two people lost their lives in this road accident, and according to the information available so far, 56 people have been injured.

The suspect will be brought to the hearing to Prosecutor II in Belgrade with a criminal complaint, after which a decision will be made on subsequent proposals and procedural actions by the Prosecutor’s Office, about which the public will be informed in a timely manner.

Let us remind that this morning, around 6 o’clock in the morning, near Umka, a terrible traffic accident took place, in which the “Latta” and “Šević Tours” buses collided, leading to the death of two people – A VI woman, about 40, and a man, a tent employee.

According to an eyewitness, the bus flew to the people in the train station, then a terrible collision took place.

“He exploded as if he had exploded a bomb! A bus literally flew near the station, people were sitting in the station and flew next to them! This looks like a front collision,” said the eyewitness.

It seems that the bus that was traveling from Obrenovac exceeded the convoy and failed to return to his tape in time. Then there was a frontal collision, which hit the vehicle of Latta, which was traveling from Belgrade to Obrenovac.
