Endeavour announces total voting rights

London, Feb 03, 2025 – Endeavour Mining PLC (LSE: EDV, TSX: EDV) (“Company”)

The following notification is made in accordance with the orientation of the disclosure of the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom (“FCA”) of orientation and transparency 5.6.

At the closing of the activity on January 31, 2025, the ordinary share capital of the company was 243,705,985 regular shares of $ 0.01 each. There were 127,288 ordinary shares held in the treasury while waiting for the cancellation and, therefore, the total number of voting rights within the company was 243,578.697.

This figure for the total number of voting rights can be used by shareholders as a den. of transparency.
