The accused of theft fails to appear in court

An arrest warrant was issued for a Cavan man who did not appear in court on the charge of theft, despite the fact that he offered the opportunity to do so.
Wayne Halford (29 years old) at Wolf Tone Street is accused of entering the Lakeland Youth Center on September 20 and stole sweets.
He was previously connected to the accusation of Enniskillen Magistrates Court and released on bail, however he did not appear on the last occasion.
Allowing a postponement, district judge Alana Mcsorley warned that Halford must attend the latest meeting.
However, after being informed that it was officially called and there was no answer, Judge McSorley issued the arrest warrant.
