Three arrested in Lenoir County for violation, charges of theft

Lenoir County, NC (Witn) – Deputies say that three people were arrested last week for more charges of breaking and theft in Lenoir County.

Last Thursday, deputies from Lenoir County say they saw a suspected vehicle parked outside an empty house on Eason Road, near La Grange.

The deputies say that the vehicle does not belong to home and that there was a interruption.

Arrested was David Hardy, 68, Michael Hardy, 70 years old, and 26 years old Drawings covered with more accusations.

David Hardy and Mooring had outstanding and arrest accusations in Lenoir county and Greene county, according to the deputies.

David Hardy was accused of:

· Breaking up and entering the crime

· Larceny offense after breaking and entry

· Possession of stolen property crime

· An arrest order for a violation of traffic in Greene County

He was taken to the prison in Lenoir county under a guaranteed bond of $ 10,500.

Gold was accused of:

· Breaking up and entering the crime

· Larceny offense after breaking and entry

· Possession of stolen property crime

· The arrest order for holding methamphetamine, holding the drug parafernal and offender
