The Bellevue man facing drug charges after stopping traffic

Bellevue, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT)-Deputies from Blaine County arrested a 36-year-old Bellevue man for drug charges after a stop of traffic, according to the Sheriff’s office in Blaine County.

The deputies carried out a traffic stop on a vehicle along the North Main street in Bellevue on February 12. The office said that the deputies found controlled substances and drug parafernal in Tony Marshall Boyett’s car.

Boyett was arrested for a number of offenses of holding a controlled substance – cocaine, holding the marijuana crime less than three ounces and possession of drug parafernal offenses with the intention of being used, according to the sheriff’s office.

Boyett pleaded that he was not guilty for the two charges of crime, according to judicial documents.

Boyett was notified in court on Thursday and issued on an obligation of $ 30,000, according to the sheriff’s office and judicial documents. Boyett’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 25th.
