Woman arrested for 14 -year -old boy sexual abuse in Ogun

A state magistrate Ogun staying behind in Iwoye was withdrawn from Idris Mariam, 29 years old, for the sexual assault of a 14-year-old boy (named name) in the Muslim high school in AGO-Iwoye.

Mariam had illegal sexual relations with the survivor eight times, from December 23, 2024, in her room.

It was contained in the statement signed and made available by the Daily post by the spokesman of the Civil Security and Defense body in Nigeria, (NSCDC) Ogun State Command, Dyke Ogbonnaya, Tuesday.

Ogbonnaya revealed that the incident was reported to order by the survivor’s mother.

He stated that the defendant, accused under section 32 of the law on the rights of the child in the state of Ogun, Nigeria 2006, was withdrawn to the Correction Center in Nigeria, Ijebu-Ode for 60 days.

Ogbonnaya said: “The survivor, during the investigation, opened that the defendant had these sexual assaults with him from December 23, 2024 for the success of eight times successively.

“After the investigation is completed, a request for the ex withdraw the defendant at the Correction Center in Nigeria, Ijebu-Ode, for 60 days was submitted by the legal team of the State Command at the Magistial Court AGO-Iwoye.”

The spokesman of the command mentioned that the Prayer of the Corps to withdraw the defendant was granted by the court under the worship of the truth (lady).

The statement added that a duplicate case file was sent to the Department of Public Public Follow-ups (DPP), the Ministry of State of Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, for legal consulting.

Meanwhile, the commander of the body of the body, Remilekun Ekundayo, has issued a warning against indecent behavior and all forms of inhuman treatment, stressing that they will not be tolerated in the state.
