Pa House PA intends to introduce legislation on minors participating in traction shows

The member of Pennsylvania representatives, Robert Leadbeter, announced that soon they intend to enter a legislation This would make a third degree offense if an individual allows a minor to participate in a traction show.

Leadbeter said that, in accordance with current law, it is an offense for a person to commit any act that tends to “corrupt the morals” of a minor, stating:

He also said that many traction shows have sexually suggestive topics, provocative outfits and offensive language and that he considers that a minor to participate in a “sexual and oriented adult oriented” entertainment is exploited and results in premature sexualization of children.

Leadbeter said that his legislation is aligned with the laws on existing public decency and supports the values ​​of the traditional family and parents’ rights.
