Myrtle Beach Man arrested in lowcountry for the criminal request of a minor accusation

Myrtle Beach, SC (WMBF) – a man from Myrtle Beach has problems with the law after being accused of trying to sexually exploit a minor.

Lawyer General of South Carolina, Alan Wilson, has announced that investigators at Force Force against children at Task Force from the Mount Department Pleasant arrested on Eric Phifer on Friday.

Phifer is accused of seeking a person who believed to be a minor for sex. He also sent sexually explicit minor images.

PHIFER faces three charges of criminal request of a minor and an attempt to disseminate obscene materials to a person under the age of 18.

If convicted of all charges, Phifer could see up to 40 years in prison. The Attorney General is pursued the case.

The jail records in Charleston County, Phifer was released from prison on Saturday, after posting a bond of $ 40,000.
