The teenager with disabilities is advocated guilty of the sexual aggression of the school, 10 years, at the selangor mosque

AMPANG: A 19 -year -old teenager was guilty on Thursday (February 27) for an accusation of sexual assault that involved a 10 -year -old school at a selangor mosque.

The incident, which was captured on closed circuit television (CCTV), recorded 18 tiktok accounts of Malaysia media, which reported that this is the case blocked by the social media giant.

Muhamad Adam Haiqal Abdullah, a registered holder of the card with disabilities, made the plea after the accusation was read before Judge Norshila Kamarudin at the Court of Ampanga sessions on Thursday, according to the New Straits Times (NST).

He was accused of having been molested on the girl at around 6.20 at the Jamek Sungai Mas mosque in Batang Kali on February 21.

The filming of the incident, which has been viral since then, surprises Adam to slip into the female section of the Mosque prayer and has taken it on the girl as she stolen behind other congregants.

He was seen approaching the back girl and trying to remove her unobserved. Then fled when the victim resisted.

If convicted, Adam can be closed for up to 20 years and is registered according to Section 14 (A) of the Law on sexual crimes against children.

Norshila set March 27 for conviction, while the court is waiting for a social report from the assistance assistance department, informed Sinaar Harian.

In Thursday’s procedure, Deputy Public Prosecutor Nurfadzlin Mahmad Zulhasnan also offered that the accused be given bail to $ 15,000 ($ 3,376)

“He must also report to the police station and be prevented from harassing the victim and witness of the criminal prosecution,” Nstrafadzlin told NST.

“This is due to the fact that the location of the crime is near the residential area in which the victim lives and this is to prevent the incident’s recurrence.”

Adam, however, said he didn’t have a bacuru.

The police of the Hulu Selangor District arrested him and withdrew it for seven days last Friday, after a report was made around 8.20 on that day.

The director of the Selangor Welfare Department, Azmir Kassim, confirmed that the investigations found that Adam has been a disabled card holder since Young.

Various Malaysian ministers weighed on the incident after becoming viral.

The Minister of Development of Women, Family and Community, Nancy Shukri, asked the public to refrain from circulating sexual aggression videos that involved school, stressing that the victim is protected under the 2001 child.

Nancy said that sharing images in her situation is extremely inadequate.

“We urge those who receive the video or have been on the spot not to share it, because the victim is already traumatized by the incident,” the minister said on February 26 at a press conference, after an international female holiday in Ipoh.

Nancy said that her ministry is ready to help the police in their investigation, especially in issues about the well -being of the victim and her family, the Bernama News Agency informed.

She also asked the mosques to gather security measures to prevent similar incidents, especially with the proximity of Ramadan.

“CCTV and other security measures should be in force to prevent anyone from exploiting the mosque spaces,” said Nancy, quoted by Bernama.

Respecting Nancy’s comments, another minister previously said that the incident requires a thorough investigation and should be a lesson for mosque administrations to increase safety measures at their headquarters.

He also emphasized the need for a firm action of the authorities.

“I hope that if the suspect has been shown to have committed the crime, Stern actions will be taken as a lesson for all,” said the Minister of Prime Minister for Religious Affairs, Na’im Mokhtar, quoted by Free Malaysia Today on February 21.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Communications, Fahmi Fadzil, said on Monday earlier that the Tiktok accounts of the Malaysian media that reported in this case were blocked due to the moderation of artificial intelligence (AI).

The Tiktok Community Guide states that children’s sexual abuse materials are not allowed, including screenshots or original materials, even if they do not have nudity or sexual activity.

The accounts blocked by Tiktok include the ones from Bernama and Television News Outlet Bulletin TV3. The prohibition was still in effect at 11.30, Thursday.

Fahmi said that the Malaysian government is in discussions with the Social Media giant to restore the 18 affected accounts.
