Boces sues the Academy of the Corps Corps Cassadaga and two other contractors for unpaid LPN instructions.

According to a process recently filed at the Supreme State Court, Boces is owed $ 345,280.42 from the job, while Dynamic Educational Systems Inc. from Phoenix Ariz. And Corporation Systems Development Corporation of West Henrietta, NY has contracts to supervise, manage and administer the 2022 Jobs Corps program, when the working body has contracted with Boces to provide assistance and education instructions.

Erie 2-Chartauqua-Cattaraugus-Boces School of Practical Nursing offers a 12-month program (1,145 hours of clock) that prepares students to take the license exam of the National Council. The theory of medical assistance and abilities are taught in the classroom and consolidated with laboratory practice and clinical opportunities in a variety of medical assistance settings.

According to the trial, Boces agreed to provide instructions and support to students enrolled in the Job Corps program for the training of students for the practical medical assistance exam. The process states that the job body agreed to pay $ 12,000 for each student registered in the medical care program. The dynamic educational systems and the body of development of career systems, according to the process, are responsible to ensure that the contracts are paid. The Boces process states that both companies and Cassadaga Job Corps Academy have received ordinary invoices and have never opposed the invoices they received.

The corporation for the development of career systems continues to help eight job sites, including one in Brooklyn, but its web site does not list any affiliation with Cassadaga JoB Corps Academy.

“The CSDC has agreed to be responsible for the support and services necessary to operate and maintain the CJCA and to integrate the CJCA with the local employers, the labor development agencies and the Community organizations, such as the applicant,” the process shows. “Therefore, the CSDC is a debtor of the CJCA and a guarantor of the money due in accordance with the applicant’s contracts.”

Dynamic Educational Systems Inc. He currently deals with the recruitment of jobs for Cassadaga Job Corps Academy and is related to the offers of the job in Cassadaga. The process states the same financial obligation for dynamic educational systems as well as for the career systems development.

“The applicant requests a decision against the defendants, even more, in several amounts, adequate to compensate the applicant for his damages resulting from the non -observance of the defendants to pay on the account of 345,280.42, interest fees and lawyers and the costs incurred in executing the contracts,” the trial shows.

This is the second time that Boces filed a trial at the Supreme Court of October, when Boces has sued the owner of those who are the leaders of Boces is a subordinated building for economic damages and to force maintenance. Boces asks the judge of the Supreme State Court, Grace Hanlon, to force the flowering of Maple Ventures LLC to comply with the lease between the two parties for 175 Maple Ave., Cassadaga. Blooming Maple Ventures LLC is based in Brooklyn and has purchased the MAI 2020 property.

Boces signed a lease with Blooming Maple Ventures in June 2020 to use the Maple Avenue building for alternative educational programs and school activities at the Maple Avenue Academy. The Cassadaga website is one of the two alternative education sites operated by 2-Chartauqua-Cattaraugus Boces, with the other located in Orchard Park.

Lawyer Mark Guglielmi from Webster Szanyi from Buffalo claims in Boces’s behalf that the lease requires the blossoming of the maple to replace the heating and cooling systems from the building, at the cost of the owner, if the system deteriorates to the point where it is not economical for repair.

“The current state of the HVAC system is such that it is no longer economical for repair and has failed on several occasions,” Guglielmi wrote in his complaint. “These failures of the HVAC system have caused the applicant’s damage, including, but without limiting the closing of the school activities at the headquarters

Boces asks Hanlon to request the flowering of maple actions to compensate for damages, including the costs for replacing the HVAC system, a reduction of the rent to compensate for the contract violation, so that Hanlon requests the flowering of maple projects to replace the HVAC system, because Boces says that it is necessary in the taxes and the costs. Boces also asks Hanlon to establish the rights and obligations of Boces and to bloom Artle Ventures and to grant the taxes and costs of the Boces lawyers related to the application of the lease.

While a generic response was filed by the flowering of Maple’s lawyer in November, but since then nothing has been filed.
