Jefferson County da deals with what follows for families connected to Damien McDaniel cases

Birmingham, Ala. (WBRC) – The District Lawyer Danny Carr says that his office has a significant challenge before they have tied Damien McDaniel for several cases.

McDaniel has already been accused of being responsible for two mass shoots and multiple homucids in 2024.

The Carr Office will not only judge dozens of accusations related to 14 alleged crimes, but he and his assistant prosecutors will also have to maintain regular communication with the families of the victims.

They intend to maintain these updated families at the judicial data and what can be expected throughout the process.

However, managing communication with so many families will not be an easy task.

Carr points out that while progressing, it will be a long road before.

“It is about making these cases a reality for the families of the victims and to help them find a certain peace – not necessarily total peace. The reality is that their loading is one thing, but ensuring a belief is different. Now we are heading for our day in court. Maintaining these families involved is a task, but it is one that we are ready to assume, ”says Carr.
