The Police Arrest Officer of Java Central for the alleged attacker of the inmate – Archipelag

Central Police Java arrested on Wednesday a traffic officer from Yogyakarta police for having a 43 -year -old man, who was detained with a hit and led incident last year.

The officer, adj. Comr. Hariyadi, was called a suspect last week after a one month investigation.

Police spokesman in Java Central, Sr. Comr. Artanto explained that the authorities had arrested after asking the witnesses, exhuming the victim’s body, examining the post-mortem report and consulting with experts.

“He was arrested today and is now under arrest at the Central Police Detention Center,” said Artanto as reported Court.

Hariyadi, who was conducting the unit of application of the Yogyakarta police traffic at the time of the incident, was accused under Article 351 of the Criminal Code for aggravated aggression, which has a maximum sentence of seven years in prison.

Artanto added that the Central Java Police will make a reconstruction of the cases for the alleged attack, which will involve Hariyadi, witnesses and members of the victim’s family.
