Slovenia ilo the job -free rate falls to 3.3% in January

Ljubljana (DPA -AFX) – The Slovenian unemployment rate decreased for the fourth consecutive month in January, the preliminary data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia on Thursday.

The job rate for ILO for the 15-74 age group decreased to a seasonal adjustment 3.3 percent from 3.5 percent in December, the statistical office said. The unjustified unemployment rate has decreased to 3.4 percent from 3.2 percent.

The Statistical Office said that the number of unemployed was estimated at 34,000 in January compared to 36,000 people in December.
