The state police confessed that when they searched the house, a few days after shooting, the cameras were eliminated.

Then, the criminal prosecution called an employee of the hotel of the State College.

Investigators claim that Danielle Parks ran to the mentioned hotel after shooting.

According to the hotel employee, Parks was supposed to have been thrown into a room, under a false name and asked the staff not to announce to anyone that he was there.

The employee confessed that Parks claimed to try to escape from an abusive relationship.

Prosecutors claim that the parks then abandoned the hotel room, leaving behind bags and the room in disarray.

According to investigators, the hotel surveillance video would have shown both Parks and Michaelis at the hotel, along with one of Parks’s children.

The final witness of the day was an employee of the prison in Clearfield County, who confessed the interactions he would have with Michaelis.

The prison employee confessed that, while Michaelis was incarcerated, he had several communications with Danielle.

The letters that Michaelis wrote, according to the testimony, were “in the code”.

The imprisonment employee confessed that he could decipher the code and found out that Michaelis had told Parks that he “regrets” her killing.

Prosecutors noted that, in the letter, Michaelis referred to Parks’s ex -husband using a sexually explicit suspension.

The defense is scheduled to present its case on Thursday.

Recapitulation of Temonia (Part 1):

The trial continued on Wednesday in the case against Danielle Parks, a woman from Clearfield County accused of consisting of killing her ex-husband during a custody exchange last year.

The jury has heard testimony from several witnesses, including a state police soldier who testified at the alleged evidence found on the spot.

The photos with mentioned evidence were shown to the jury, including pictures of clothing and a blanket that the police claim were burned by Parks and her lover, Bryan Michaelis, in an alleged effort to “cover” the shooting.

Also, Trooper Thompson confessed that several shell housings were found on the property in which the supposed shooting was produced.

The jury also heard testimony to the alleged custody exchange between Danielle Parks and her ex -husband, Kodey Parks.

It seems that the couple has arranged to alternate custody every week, with the custody switch planned on Sunday.

According to a witness, who acted as a “mediator” with the custody agreement, she received several messages from Danielle Parks after the alleged shooting.

The jury was shown screenshots of the mentioned messages, which included a text in which Danielle claimed that she was “attacked” by her ex -husband.

Following a short morning recession, the jury heard testimony from a close friend of the couple who also acted as a “mediator” in the situation.

The witness claimed that Danielle once told her that she would kill her ex -husband and “get rid of her.”

Then, the jury heard testimony from a forensic expert with the State Police, SGT. Richard Podbielski.

He confessed the evidence that was sent to the PSP crime laboratory, including the weapon that was supposed to be used for shooting.

Sgt. Podbielski confessed that the bullets/shell carcasses found on the spot were matching the weapon in question.

Also, the jury has heard testimony from two people who were inside the residence Morris Township around the time of the alleged shooting.

The first to take the position was Danielle’s father, who confessed that he could not remember much of what happened that night, as he was supposed to drink during an alleged birth party that took place at that day.

He confessed that what could remember was Danielle stating that she shot Kodey after attacked her.

Prosecutors noted that Danielle’s father could not remember his daughter’s age or her birthday and also said there are home surveillance cameras, but that “it doesn’t always work”.

The other person who was at home, that night, was a friend close to the family.

He also told the jury that he drank at the party mentioned above, but he was assumed that he remembered that Kodey had presented at the house when Danielle was not there.

The family’s friend confessed that when Danielle appeared later that evening, she seemed “agitated”.

He told the jury that he did not remember hearing any weapon and did not remember that he saw Danielle’s lover at home.

The testimony of the morning/after -early mies ended with statements from a local official of Morris and another soldier of the state police, regarding the alleged video surveillance video, as well as testimony from a neighbor.

According to the testimony, the Morris Township Municipal Building, which is near the property, captured the video from the filming.

The neighbor confessed that he heard three shootings and then witnessed a white vehicle running from the property with a woman at the wheel.

The state police have confessed that numerous videos have shown several vehicles “coming and leaving” the property on the night of the alleged shooting.

In one of the clips, the soldier confessed that a dark vehicle can be seen driving along the fence line, where there is no road, and then leaves about an hour later.

According to the soldier, it seems that the white vehicle is leaving the same area shortly later.

The soldier also noted that the surveillance video was assumed to surprise videos about the burning pit, where it is assumed that Parks and Michaelis have tried to burn evidence of the shot.

It is expected that the testimony will continue on Wednesday after -Thursday.
