Jeffrey Fountain, from Towamencin Township, is experiencing a criminal offense after claiming that he planted a bomb in Doylestown Borough, who subsequently showed irregular behavioral signs.

A man in Towamencin was notified last week under the charge of risking catastrophes and charges for saying he planted a bomb near the US Army Recruitment Station, Bucks County last month.

Jeffrey Edward Fountain, 30, from Block 100 in Adams Road, also faces charges of terrorist threats that cause a serious public disadvantage, fighting disorderly conduct and a disorderly conduct that creates a dangerous or physical offensive affection, according to tax documents.

On January 27, at 10:46 AM, the Bucks Central Regional Police was shipped to the 99 Lantern Drive recruitment center for a man with a bomb, the police said in a statement.
