Washtenaw County, MI – it’s time to say goodbye to February and greet in March.

Here are some fun things that happen around Washtenaw County, on Friday, February 28, until Sunday, March 2.

Ann Arbor Bicycle Film Festival

The bicycles will go to the big screen at the Michigan Theater in Ann ARBOR.

The Bicycle Film Festival will bring a clean projection of short films that celebrate bicycles starting at 7:00 pm on Saturday, March 1, at 603 E. Liberty St.

Tickets are $ 23.25 for general admission or $ 12.75 for identification students. Both prices include processing fees.

The event is hosted by Bicycle Alliance of Washtenaw and co-sponsor by the Downtown Development Authority and Walk Bike Washtenaw. Revenue for events helps support the activity of bicycle alliance throughout the year.

Recycling material sculptures at the level of the Ann ARBOR art center

The ANN ARBOR art center will host free family abandonment events in its gallery space throughout March to celebrate the Moon of Youth Art.

An event inspired by Disney for fairy tales adults comes to Stone Chalet Bed and Breakfast Inn, between 18 and 9:30 pm, on Saturday, March 1st.

Trivia comes to the Westgate branch of the Ann Arbor District Library, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Friday, February 28.

At night the adult -oriented trivia will have two games. Participants will compete to win prizes, swag and library glory.
