Three arrested at Douglas for robbing the gas station, stabbing officer

Three men, two minors and one adult, were arrested for robbing a Douglas gas station and stabbed the official who worked there.

Police Douglas responded to the reports of a armed robbery at the Speedway gas station, 1807 10th St., around 1 in the morning, February 2, according to a press release from the Douglas Police Department.

Upon arrival, they found the official at the gas station with several stabbed wounds. He was treated for his wounds on the spot.

An investigation revealed that three male subjects entered the gas station and stabbed the official, the statement said. Then they forced the official to open the register on which they took several hundred dollars, the statement said.

The suspects were identified and retained later for query.

A suspect was 15 years old, another 16, and the third was identified as Jesus Acosta, 18 years old.

The 15 -year -old is accused of armed robbery, aggravated robbery, robbery and two accusations of aggravated attack.

The 16 -year -olds were accused of armed robbery, aggravated robbery, robbery, two charges of aggravated aggression and detention of dangerous drugs.

The two young people were accused of adults.
