The Cheyenne man arrested on 5 mandates then served with another 2

A 37 -year -old Cheyenne man is facing a lot of accusations after being picked up on five term and then served with two more.

According to a booking sheet, Kelly James was arrested near the 900 block of West College Drive, at 17:29, Monday, February 24, on three mandates in Laramie and two of Colorado, as well as three charges, including the possession of Fentanil and Metamfetamine and interference with a peace officer – without accident.

Two of the mandates in Laramie County were for the violation of the crime protection order and were signed by Court Circuit Judges Sean C. Chambers and Antoinette Williams on 11 and February 18 respectively.
