During China’s key meeting, two sessions, which ended on March 11, Chinese actor Jin Dong demanded better legislation and regulations on artificial intelligence (AI), especially Deepfake face change technologies that have victimized many of its fans.

The two sessions are the annual meetings of China of the best legislative and political consulting body – the National Congress of the People (NPC) and the political consultative conference of the Chinese people (CPPCC).

Jin, 48, is a CPPCC member and is widely known as the most popular Chinese actor among Chinese middle -aged women.

Several women have previously been reported that they had fallen victim to the false Jin Dongs, generated by AI, on social networks.

In 2020, a 61 -year -old woman from Jiangxi province of East China lost 5 kg weight and almost broke up with her husband, after falling for fake Jin videos on social media.
