Brantford police arrest two people in connection with drug investigation

Brantford police arrested two people about a three -month drug investigation.

The officers say the investigation was targeted by cocaine traffic. They were able to identify a man and a woman who is believed to be sold cocaine in Brantford and in the surrounding areas.

The police arrested the man on March 6 in the Dalhousie Street area in Brantford and confiscated 7.2 grams of cocaine.

It was also found to have large amounts of Canadian money.

During a search for a house in Burford, the police found 198 grams of suspected cocaine, xanax tablets and a significant amount of cash.

As a result of the investigation, Brantford police arrested a 29 -year -old man and a 30 -year -old woman, both of Brantford.

The pair has been accused by several accusations of possession for the purpose of traffic.
