The management of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program (NIP) has guided all the staff not to report to work since Monday, February 24, 2025.

According to the management, this is due to the unresolved legal and administrative problems related to the employment and payments.

This was included in a press statement issued by NEI on Friday, February 21.

Following the extensive efforts to solve concerns about the employment of the staff, the management has established that the complexity and the legal implications of these issues prevent the use of operational funds to pay monthly personnel allowances.

As a result, he stated that all employment issues must go through the appropriate legal processes to avoid additional complications.

The statement mentioned that until these issues are fully addressed, only a specific staff whose services are needed to resume work.

In addition, all the staff holding the property of NIP must return them to the human resources officer until the closing of the works on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.

“The failure to comply with this will be considered as the deliberate stolen of these articles,” the statement shows.

The management has assured the staff that the updates will be provided, because the efforts continue to solve the situation.
