The man of Malta arrested under accusations of domestic violence

Malta – Saratoga County Sheriff’s office responded to an active call of Lakeside Avenue incidents in Malta, on Saturday, at 10:42 am

Following an investigation, the deputies arrested Jerrid J. Harpster, 26, from Malta, under multiple accusations: aggravated criminal contempt (class D), aggravated family offense (class E), attack in Third degree (class A) and class A) and criminal modification in the third degree (class B crime).

Harpster is accused of intentionally provoked physical injury to another person, violating a court decision.

Authorities say they hit the victim in front and ear.

He is also accused of committing an offense specified in accordance with the statute, being previously convicted for a similar offense in the last five years.

In addition, he would have manipulated the victim’s property by spraying the hands -hierarchy lotion on their jacket.

Harpster was referred to the judge of the Court of Malta, Ellwood A. Sloat Jr., and was sent to the prison in Saratoga county, waiting for additional judicial procedures.
