Manila, Philippines-Anti-Guest Crime Presidential Company (PAOCC) has filed qualified charges of trafficking against 20 foreign relevant in the operations of an illegal scam hub in Parañaque City.

The head of the PAOCC, Gilbert Cruz, made the announcement after the authorities attacked an offshore (Pogo) games facility, led by the Chinese, at Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) on Thursday, arresting 453 people.

According to Cruz, the Pogo Hub in Pitx has mainly operated investments and lovers.

“We have already conducted the investigation for foreign nostrils operating Pogo Hub here at Pitx and we have filed accusations against 20 of them,” Cruz told reporters in an accidental interview on Monday.

“The qualified traffic, because you can see clearly that they have facilitated the employment of people in this Hub Pogo to work here for a long time,” he added, regarding the case file against foreign residents.

Cruz said that the hub of deception also had a few other violations, including the lack of permits to work.

Meanwhile, among the plaintiffs in this case were counted three Vietnamese nationals who were also employed in the cheaters.

“These Vietnamese women were the models they used to attract investors and then after you fall in love, this is, they will invite you to invest in cryptocurrency,” Cruz said.
