2 accused, 1 arrested in investigating fentanel in Sonoma County

The Sonoma County Sheriff’s office performed three searches last week, one of which appeared 7 grams of suspected fentanyl found near a 2 -year -old child.

Two search warrants served in three locations in Santa Rosa last week, as part of the Sonif’s Sheriff’s investigation on the illicit fentanyl led to the arrest of a person and the accusations filed against two others, according to the authorities.

On February 19, during the first search at a residence in block 3000 in Shadowhill Drive, the authorities contacted Talis Noel, 48.

The investigators found a variety of drugs suspected in the possession of Noel, a spokesman for the sheriff, SGT. Juan Valencia, said in a press release. He added that they confiscated small amounts of cocaine, methamphetamine, 2 ounces of fentanel and several different types of illicit pills.

They also confiscated a rifle, a rifle and a semiautomatic gun that were found in the house and another 7 grams of fentanyl suspected in the living room where there was a 2 -year -old, Valencia said.

Noel was arrested under the suspicion of several crimes and reserved in the prison in Sonoma County, instead of an improved $ 250,000 bail.

Since then, the lawyer of the Sonoma District has since filed a complaint that accused Noel of holding a drug controlled for sale, holding a firearm and drugs at the same time, abusing or endangering the health of a child and using a compartment false to store controlled controlled substances.

On Sunday, the sheriff’s office has not answered questions to the Democrats about the child or if the suspicion of threatening the child could be added to Noel’s accusations.

One day after his arrest, Noel was given a preventive release of level 3 in prison, which requires the greatest supervision, including monthly face-to-face check-in with the authorities.

On Wednesday, the sheriff’s office fired over Capricia Moore, 54 years old, and found about an ounce of suspected fentanyl and 4 ounces of Meth suspected in its possession, said the sheriff’s office. Moore was arrested and reserved in the prison in Sonoma County, under the suspicion of detention and transport by Fentanil and Meth.

Officials also searched for a homeless camp in the 2000 block in Montgomery Drive in the northern -Santa Rosa and saw a man throwing a bag that suspected fentanil.

The man was arrested and subsequently convicted of holding offenses of a controlled substance, officials said.
