Mother of trafficking for children looking for bail

Vanderbijlpark-Mama Boipatong, accused of selling his two-year-old son in unknown men in November last year pleaded with the courtyard of the magistrate Vanderbijlpark to free him on bail, but he will remain behind bars.

This comes after the court has handed over the decision of Keneilwe Shalaba’s bail of February 21.

“The refusal of the bail is justified, because there are no exceptional circumstances that in the interest of justice allow it to be released on bail. I make the following order, the demand for bail is not successful and, therefore, refused, ”he said.

Keneilwe was arrested after accusations for selling Kutlwano Shalaba.

Keneilwe is experiencing charges of human trafficking, conspiracy to commit the robbery and made a false statement for the police. The case was postponed until April 7th.
