The dynamics of the steel declare an increased dividend; Authorizes the additional redemption program of shares

Washington (DPA -AFX) – Steel Dynamics (STLD) announced that the company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the first quarter of $ 0.50 per common action, representing an increase of 9% compared to the quarterly rate 2024. The dividend is paid to the registration shareholders at the closing of the activity on 31 March 2025 and is paid about 11 April 2025.

The Board of Directors has also authorized an additional program to redeem the shares of $ 1.5 billion from the company’s common actions. Authorization is effective immediately and is additive to the previous program of $ 1.5 billion authorized on November 3, 2023, which remained 194 million dollars authorized and available for redemption on December 31, 2024.
