Police are not requesting accusations against the boy family who died in shot accident

Davenport, Flo.-Davenport Police said he is currently requesting charges against the family of a 4-year-old boy who was accidentally shot and died.

The head of the Davenport Police, Steve Parker, said that his department will meet with the State Lawyer’s Office after their reports are complete, but he does not believe that the family will see any kind of criminal charges. The child, whose identity was released by the family, was called Morris chosen.

The tragedy started on Friday night around 6:30 pm, when the police said that his family and his family were at their home on the Citrus Landing Boulevard in Davenport, preparing for a family night.

Chosen’s father, Robert Morris, 32, was in the house preparing for the night while his wife, Quinta, 32, worked on her computer in the main bedroom. Police said Quinta heard what he described as a “pop”.

According to Davenport police, Quinta thought the children had broken something, but her two children were in the living room playing video games. At that moment, Quinta began to look for 4 -year -olds.

Quinta saw that an inner door leading to the garage was open. He entered the garage and found chosen on the driver’s driver’s seat, with a wound shot at the head, the police said.

According to the police, the parents took elected to the Adventhealth Heart in Florida immediately after being found.

Detectives believe that the chosen was delighted by the family exit and entered the vehicle to wait for the rest of the family, at which time he found a Smith & Wesson M&P caliber gun.

“This is a tragic accident. As a father and grandfather, I can not imagine what Lord and Mrs Morris go through now. Our prayers are definitely with the Morris family, while supporting this torn tragedy,” said Steve Police Chief Parker.
