Kimberly man arrested for video voyeurism, among other accusations

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) – a Kimberly man is accused of crimes of pair and crime.

42 -year -old Kyle Brown is experiencing sexual operating offenses and voyeurism, as well as internal battery or attack offenses in the presence of a child. Honorable Jennifer Bergin has placed a penalty of improving the internal battery.

According to judicial documents, Kimberly-Hansen Police and Twin Fall Sheriff’s office have responded to a house for internal disturbance since December 26.

During their investigation, the officers say they discovered that Brown had hidden an iPad inside a bath, with pictures and videos, including a minor, according to the victim’s statements.

The police say that it seems that the internal incident took place following the discovery of these videos.

The investigation continued throughout the following month, including a forensic care interview on January 22.

Brown made the initial appearance in court Monday after -his obligation was set at $ 100,000.
