The deliberate jury in trial for the man accused of killing 2 brothers from Cleveland in 2020

Cleveland, Ohio (Woio)-the juries in the trial for a 26-year-old man, accused of killing two brothers from Cleveland in July 2020, now deliberates his fate.

The trial of David Spivey began on February 18 in front of the county judge of Common, John O’Donnell.

Spivey was charged with the charges of aggravated murder, murder, criminal aggression and weapons under handicap.

Cleveland police said Spivey shot and killed Delvonte King, 22, and Domonique King, aged 20, while staying inside a car near the 16100 block of Walden Avenue.

It is assumed that Spivey climbed to the car wearing a ski mask and opened the fire, killing both brothers.

The members of the violent fugitive working group in northern Ohio arrested Spivey in Houston, Texas, in October 2022.

His first trial ended in a myistial in November 2023.

Spivey is held on an obligation of $ 2 million at the Cuyahoga County Justice Center.
