The judicial documents claim that a witness was at the bank’s ATM at the bank, when Gideon got up in a dark green truck, next to the witness car passenger.

Gideon began to tell the witness that the government was pursuing money and should not be seen taking money from the ATM. The witness told Gideon to leave.

An employee of the bank then came out and told Gideon to leave and entered the two vehicles.

The bank’s employee then tried to move away, but Gideon led after him. The employee fought to the eighth to the south and along the boulevard, and was then hit by Gideon’s vehicle.

The judicial documents claim that Gideon then proceeded to go over the employee, hitting another vehicle parked in this process and then left.

A police officer soon found Gideon in his vehicle and began to question him. It seems that Gideon acknowledged to the officer that he had encountered a person and said he “killed that guy.”

Gideon was identified by the bank’s employees because he made a bank transaction just before the incident.

During the interrogation at the Cascade County Detention Center, it seems that Gideon became combative with investigators and used racial slugs; At one point, he got up and shouted at the officers and kicked one of them in the groin.
