Carson City Sheriff’s arrests: man reserved for alleged internal battery

A 24 -year -old man was arrested Monday for the suspicion of an internal offense battery, according to a report of the Carson City sheriff’s office.

At 10:37 PM, the deputies of the Carson City sheriff were sent to the Imperial Way for a report of an anonymous person with a possible internal struggle. The deputies arrived and heard, outside the residence window, a man and a woman who quarrels.

A deputy knocked on the front door and answered a woman who was red in front of her crying. The report had tears that flowed on his cheeks and had a hard time talking to the deputy because she was upset. He wore a shirt that was snatched on his left shoulder. A deputy asked if he would talk to another deputy. She said she wants to change her shirt, which she changed in the bedroom. She spoke to another deputy on stage.

A deputy then spoke to the woman’s lover, who had several cuts and swelling on her forehead. The deputy asked if he needs medical assistance and said “no”, the report shows.

The deputy asked what happened between him and the woman. The man only looked at the deputy, says the report. The officer asked how he obtained cuts and swelling on his head. He said he hit his head on the door. The deputy asked if the woman caused the cuts and said “no”.

The deputy explained to the man that they were called at home, because someone heard the quarrel and the fight and was worried. The man said that the woman was upset about him because she said she was wicked. He also said that he understands why he said this and that it is sometimes meant, says the report. The deputy asked the man if there is any physical altercation between him and the woman. He said “no”.

A deputy went to the bedroom to talk to the woman and asked her why she was so upset and said she was because she doesn’t care about the birth of their child and that she is pregnant, according to the report.

When the deputy entered the bedroom, they saw that the door of the bedroom door was shattered in pieces. The deputy asked when the door frame was damaged. The woman said “tonight”. The deputy asked if there was a physical struggle with her and the man and started crying, says the report.

The deputy asked if he had injuries. She showed the deputy behind the neck, which had a fresh scratch on it with broken skin. The deputy asked him what happened and said that the man had grabbed his neck and pressed something against him. She said she thought she was a Sharpie, but she couldn’t be sure because she was behind her.

The deputy asked if he hit the man at any time and said that the man had grabbed his hands and tried to apply the pressure to break. She said that the man had grabbed his wrists when he tried to remove his arms from him and that he would try to use his hands to hit the front, the report shows.

The deputy asked if he had other bruises or brands he could show. She showed the deputy brands on the wrist that aligns with her story about the man who takes her wrists.

Based on the statements of the woman, the statements of the man and the physical evidence, the man was arrested for the suspicion of internal battery. The officer offered the woman a family violence card and explained the process of requesting a temporary protection order. The man was taken to prison without incident. Sea: $ 3,137.
