3 Chilean men accused of robbing Joe Burrow’s house appear in the federal court

Cincinnati (WXIX) -the three Chilean men accused of theft at Joe Burrow’s house pleaded innocent for their accusations in a federal courtroom on Tuesday.

Suspects, previously identified by the Hamilton County Prosecutor, Connie Pachlich, are:

  • Sergio Cabello, 38
  • Jordan Sanchez, 22
  • Bastian Morales, 23

Both Morales and Sanchez pleaded guilty for the accusation of interstate transport of stolen property. Both men are facing up to 10 years in prison or a fine of $ 250,000, if they are found guilty.

Cabello, who is accused of falsifying the records in a federal investigation, has a programmed sentence for February 28. If he is convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.

Investigators have found a camera showing a man carrying luggage and walking through the wooded area behind Anderson Township, American prosecutor Kenneth Parker has previously announced.

Following the theft, the suspects were followed in several locations before their arrest on January 10 in Clark County, Ohio.

Sergio Cabello deleted the photos from a mobile phone of stolen goods and Burrow’s house when Ohio’s state patrol fired them, explained Parker.

Ohio General lawyer Dave Yost said that all three suspects are in the country illegally.

The Pachlich prosecutor said the three men came to the US in a “visa-free program”, but according to AG Yost, they stayed in the country once they expired.
