The Gurigram employee says the company fired him in 20 days because he left on time, taking tea breaks with his colleagues

Reddit has become a popular platform for employees to share their struggles, office experiences and job concerns. There have been various subredites in which employees can share their stories anonymously, seek tips and connect with others who are facing similar challenges. Now, a Redditor has shared the bizarre experience in the workplace with his company, who ended him just 20 days in the workplace. The employee, who worked on a gurugram -based start, claimed that, from the beginning, he was accused of having an “attitude problem” and was not “down on earth”.

“I haven’t understood yet, I said that I don’t work, I will work on it, although I didn’t even understand why he said,” wrote Redditor. He said the situation had a strange turn when his employer had a problem with him and two new next to him, taking tea breaks together. “Do not create groups, it is not good for the company etc,” said the Redditor employer.

“After a while, he (the employer) started to have problems with me leaving at 7:00 pm. Leave at exactly 7, this is not good etc,” said Redditor.

On the 20th day of the job, the employee said that things had reached a tilting point. He was asked to work from the director’s cab instead of his office. “Man, who works in a cabin all day with your director?” He wrote in the post, expressing his confusion.

Later in the day, around 19 pm, when the employee took a random look outside the cabin to check if his colleagues were still there for the usual tea break, the employer would have been triggered. “The director was suddenly frustrated and said why you look out, speak this here and asked the HR to finish me immediately,” he wrote.

The Redditor shared the post a few days ago. Since then, he has aroused an online discussion, many saying that the employer’s behavior was unreasonable.

“It is wonderful that you left the place, this is called a toxic environment,” a user wrote. “Be happy you have been fired from that place. Look for a better place. You don’t have to take it to your heart,” commented another.

“Gooddance Bro. You avoided a bullet there,” a third user expressed.

“This was happening in school when we were sent to the director’s room to improve. Can’t see how toxic this culture is? Allow me to clarify once and for all: leaving on time does not mean that you are a bad employee. It means you are effective and you have finished work.
