A person shot in Lansing on Tuesday night

Lansing, Mich. (Wilx) – Lansing police department is investigating a shot that left two injured.

According to the Police Department, the officers were called to the Health Hospital of the University of Michigan, around 5:15, on Tuesday evening, after two people entered the hospital with injury to a shooting.

A 20 -year -old man had a wound shot at his shoulder. A 19 -year -old man was not shot, but had other wounds due to debris. According to the police, the two victims were shot from a car, but their wounds do not endanger life.

Lansing police said the two victims were near the intersection between Pleasant Grove and Mount Hope Roads in Lansing, when the shot happened.

Police said the victims hesitated to share information about a suspect, but found that they drove a black jeep compass.

The incident remains under the investigation.
