Man Johnstown accused in Galway robberies

A man from Johnstown is accused of burglary.

The deputies responded to a report of a suspected person on a 29 route at home in the city of Galway, on January 11, immediately after 10 am, David R. Bant, 42, would have entered and was illegally residing, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office.

He is also accused of illegally entered an non-residential property on the property, the police said.

Bant was accused of two charges of burglary. He was notified at Galway Town Court and sent to the prison in Saratoga county.
