Police withdrawn in arrest for triple fatal shootings on Windward Road

Kingston, Jamaica – police officers who were arrested and charged with a triple fatal shooting incident on Windward Road in November last year were still withdrawn.

Corporal Mark Roye and Constanta Kelby White were withdrawn from their appearance on Tuesday, February 26, where their case was mentioned.

It is expected that all the outstanding documents will be disclosed to the defense counselors by the criminal prosecution before the next court hearing.

On this occasion, no bail was made in the name of the lawn nor on the last occasion of December 2024.

Police will return to court in March for the administration of plea and cases.

Roye and White were jointly accused of the triple fatal shooting incident investigated by the Independent Committee (INCOM).

The triple police shootings led to the death of Oshane Stubbs, 17 years old, Orando Campbell, 19, and by Kayshawn Smith, who were fatally shot on November 10, 2024, on a section of Windward Road.
