Haskell woman accused after the video shows the baby outside the sholess in cold freezing

Lawyer General of the Muscogee Nation on Thursday filed an accusation of child neglect for crimes against Kaytlin Fultz, after an investigation of the video showing a young girl outside, in frozen weather, wearing only pajamas and without shoes.

The video, which was posted online, shows the girl shouting to be cold and wants to get inside. Haskell police say the child was living with adoptive parents at that time, since then she has been taken out of the house.

The mother told the Haskell police, who also investigated the case and recommended accusations against both Kaytlin and her husband Andrew, that the girl was outside to “reset” her.

Both were on Wednesday in a courtroom in Muskogee County.

Accusations and Judicial Procedures

A judge rejected the accusation against Kaitlyn Fultz, deciding that the state has no competence because he is a tribal citizen. However, the accusation remains against her husband, Andrew Fultz.

Fultz turned and posted bond promptly. When asked about the news about 6 about the case, when he left the prison, he did not answer.

Some Fultz family members have tried to block reporters to record videos of both suspects while leaving the courtroom.

In a video, Kaitlyn Fultz, wearing a gepard print dress, was seen climbing in a black car outside the court.

The news on 6 contacted the Nation Muscogee (Creek) to determine if accusations against Kaitlyn Fultz will be filed at the tribal court. The tribe confirmed that he is a case aware and investigates, but at this moment no accusations have been filed.
