Andrew Tate, who are facing rapes, the traffic of accusations in Romania, is leaving for us

The brothers of the influencer Andrew and Tristan Tate left Romania for the US after a travel prohibition was raised, an official said on Thursday. Brothers are accused of trafficking in people and forming a criminal band to sexually exploit women.

It is not clear under what conditions, Tats – who are willing supporters of President Donald Trump and are proud of millions of followers – were left to leave Romania.

An official of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who spoke with the condition of anonymity, because they were not authorized to discuss the case, said that the decision was at the discretion of the prosecutors.

Andrew Tate, 38 years old, and Tristan Tate, 36 years old – who are American dual citizens – were arrested near the Romanian capital at the end of 2022 together with two Romanian women. The Romanian prosecutors officially accused all four last year. In April, the Bucharest Court decided that a trial could start, but did not set once. All four deny all the accusations.

The departure of the brothers came after the Foreign Minister of Romania, Emil Hurezeanu, said this month that an American official based on the current Trump administration has expressed interest in the legal case of Romania at the Munich Security Conference. The minister insisted that he did not rise to pressure.

In December, a court in Bucharest decided that the case against the Tits and the two Romanian women could not go to the trial due to several legal and procedural irregularities from the prosecutors. This decision of the Court of Appeal in Bucharest was a huge delay for the anti-organized crime agency in Romania, DIICOT, but did not mean that the defendants could go free. The case was not closed and there is also a separate legal file against the Romanian brothers.
