Air Force Personnel Accused of Sexual Aggression of 12 -year -old

Kuala Lumpur: A staff of the Malaysian royal air forces pleaded on Thursday (February 27), is not guilty at the court of Ampang sessions, for three charges of sexual physical committing against his sister -in -law two years ago.

The 26 -year -old is accused of committing crimes against the 12 -year -old girl at a house in Jalan Kerdas, Gombak, between February and July 2023.

He was accused of Section 14 (A) of the Law on sexual crimes against children in 2017, which has a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and surrounding the conviction.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Muhammad Hairuliqram Hairuddin proposed the bail for 18,000 lei, with a guarantee for all three charges, with additional conditions that require the accused to report monthly to the nearest police station and prohibit any contact with the victim or witnesses to the prosecutor.

The accused’s lawyer, Mohd Faizi Che Abu, requested a smaller bail, citing the financial responsibility of his client for two children.

Judge Nurulizwan Ahmad Zubir established on April 8 for the mention, awarded a bail to 9,000 Republic with a guarantee for all accusations and imposed the requested conditions of the criminal prosecution. – Bernama
