2 more men arrested in the burglary of the tumon bar | News

Two other men were arrested in connection with an October interruption at a tumon bar in which the suspects dug a tunnel under a door and stole alcohol, according to a magistrate filed at the Superior Court.

Michael R. Schalow, 19 years old, and Gabriel I. Cajas, 21, were accused of burglary on Thursday as a second -degree crime, criminal mistake as a third -degree crime, property theft as a crime and criminal facilitation as a crime.

Schalow told investigators that he went with his friends on the tumon on October 12 and went to the beach behind Dusit. He said they went down the elevator, on a treadmill and walked to the back terrace near the beach, the complaint said.

Cajas did not provide a statement.

Schalow and Cajas are experiencing 13 years in prison if sentenced for all charges. Judge Sean Brown issued them on $ 5,000 personal recognition bonds.
