Andrew Tate who are experiencing accusations in Romania leaves for us

The Romanian prosecutors claim that the former 38 -year -old Kickboxer Tate, his 36 -year -old brother and two women set up a criminal organization in Romania and the United Kingdom at the beginning of 2021 and sexually exploited several victims.

The brothers, who have British and American nationality and who are under judicial control in Romania, insist that they are innocent.

They left together in the United States, Airport sources told AFP.

The Romanian organized crime team DIICOT said that the two brothers remained “under judicial supervision” and that they must “appear before the judicial authorities at each summons”.

“The violation of bad faith of the obligations that are based on them can lead to the replacement of judicial control with a higher custody measure,” said DIICOT.

The average news in the Romanian Aviation said that “a private Gulfstream G550 jet took off from Bucharest, Romania, related to Fort Lauderdale” in Florida – where US President Donald Trump has its resort – even after 6:00 (0400 GMT) on Thursday.

“The flight … will be operated non-stop and will take 12 hours,” he added.

Four British women, who accused Tate of rape and coercive control in a separate case, expressed concern that the US government could push Romania to ease the travel restrictions and let them escape.

The Financial Times said that the Trump administration brought Tate’s case with the Romanian authorities earlier this month, requesting that Bucharest return the passports of the brothers.

The Romanian Foreign Minister Emil Hurezeanu said that Trump’s envoy, Richard Grenell, raised the case with him at the Munich Security Conference at the beginning of February.

In a common statement on Thursday, the four British women expressed “unbelief” and said that “they feel withdrawn by the news that the Romanian authorities have given it in the pressure of the Trump administration to allow Andrew Tate to travel.”

“It is clear that there is now a major risk that the criminal prosecution for its alleged crimes in Romania will not continue,” they said, asking the British authorities to “take measures and do something about this terrifying situation to ensure that they are facing justice in the UK.”

Women bring a civil case to the UK against Tate, accusing him of rape and coercive control between 2013 and 2016.

The Matthew jury, the lawyer of the four women, said that British Prime Minister Keir Starmer should raise the problem “in the name of many British women who have been assumed to have sexually raped and assaulted, who could now refuse justice.”

Starmer is currently visiting the United States for a meeting at the White House with Trump.

“Romania has embarrassed. The UK does not have to do the same,” the jury added.

A Romanian court granted a British extradition request for the tits, but only after the legal procedures in Romania.
