The Miami couple accused of sexually abused the 13-year-old girl they met at church

Miami – A husband and wife from Miami, who are accused of having a teenager were arrested on Wednesday by American March Acres, authorities said on Thursday morning.

According to the Miami police, the alleged offenses took place between July 2023 and December 2023, when the victim was 13 years old, but the couple fled from Miami.

An arrest warrant states that the couple, Edwin Erasmo Vasquez Vasquez, 50, and Yulian Jaqueline Garcia Castro, 39, met the victim at the church.

The police said that the victim slept over the couple’s house in July 2023, sleeping in the couple’s bed they shared with their two children, who were about 7 and 9 years old.

The victim said that Castro told her to sleep next to her husband, and he began to kiss her child on her mouth and touch her breast and vagina over her clothes.

In another incident, the couple gave up the victim at home and Castro ordered the two to kiss, the authorities said.

Police said Vasquez Vasquez and the victim initially refused to do so, but then complied.

According to the mandate, in another period when the couple was leading to give up the victim at home, Castro ordered her husband to stay in the back seat with the victim.

Police said Vasquez Vasquez did this and then eliminated the victim’s leggings and tried to rape it, but failed, while his penis began to bleed.

According to the mandate, on December 23, 2023, Castro was doing the victim’s hair for a church event, when she ordered her husband to raise the victim’s dress and molest it, with whom he respected.

Two days later, the victim slept at the couple’s house and they both molested, the authorities said.

The police said later that morning, the husband molested the victim while his wife was following.

Both face several sexual battery numbers on a minor, lewd and lascivious molestation on a minor and lascivious behavior on a minor.

The couple did not appear in the prison database in Miami-Dade County, on Thursday morning. It was not immediately clear if they were still transferred to Miami.
