Toronto police identifies the victim of fatal stabbing

Toronto police identified a 38 -year -old man stabbed to death in West End from Toronto last week.

Incident took place around 2:38 on February 21 in the Dovecourt Road and Geary Avenue area.

The police said the officers arrived in the area and located a man suffering from stabbed wounds. The victim was in a hurry at the hospital with wounds that can endanger life, but died on Monday, the police said.

Now it has been identified as Paulo Mota, from Toronto.

Mota is the fourth homicide in Toronto in 2025.

The police have not issued any information about possible suspects.
