The teenager in Williamsburg County accused of the armed robbery

Williamsburg County, SC (WCSC) – the Sheriff’s office in Williamsburg County arrested and accused a teenager about a robbery.

Jakuan Jimmius Canteen, 18 years old, from Hemingway, is accused of armed robbery with a deadly weapon, a second -degree attack and battery, holding a weapon during violent crime and a large lacenie, according to the sheriff’s spokesman, Jalisa Brown.

The deputies responded to block 100 of Good Earth Drive in Hemingway area in terms of an armed robbery that took place at 3077 South State Highway 41/51 on January 31.

Upon arrival, they talked to the victim who said he was robbed and gave up another location.

Subsequent research on the incident revealed that the victim was sitting in his vehicle when two people approached him.

One of them waved a weapon, hitting the victim in the head with her.

After they assaulted the victim, they then proceeded to rob it.

Then they forced the victim in a location on Good Earth Drive before moving into his vehicle.

The deputies and the law enforcement division in South Carolina arrested the canteen on Wednesday and transported it to the Detention Center in Williamsburg County.
