Netcological specifications:

The name of the deceased,

A photo in a JPEG or PDF file is preferable, TIF and other files are accepted, we will contact you if there are problems with the photo.
Ad rolling data
There is a discount to run more than one day, but this must be scheduled at the first time.
If a photo is used, it should be used for both days for the reduction to apply, contact it for more information.

Death verification:

In order to publish the obituation, a name and a telephone number of the funeral/cream company is required. We need to contact Funeral Home/Cremation Society that deals with the arrangements during their work schedule to check death. If the body of the deceased was donated to the Bequest program of the University of Minnesota, or a similar program, their phone number is required for verification.

Please give enough time to contact them especially during their limited weekend hours.

A death certificate is also acceptable for this purpose, but only one of these two options is required.

Guest Book and Outside Sites:

We are not allowed to refer to other media sources with a guest book or an obituary placed elsewhere when you place an obituary in print and online. It is possible to place a website for a funeral home or a family email; Contact it for any questions about this issue.

NETHERLOGICAL PROCESS:

After your submission will be completed, we will send by fax or E -mail a proof for review before publishing in the newspaper. This proof includes the price and days when the opinion is scheduled to appear.

After publishing, we will not be responsible for errors that may occur after the final tests.

Online:

Changes to an online obituary can be managed through the Overshrone Bureau. Call it with other questions.

Payment Procedure:

Pre-payment is necessary for all the obituary notifications before publishing until the deadline specified below in our term program. Please call 651-228-5263 with your payment information after you have received proof and approved its content.

Rates:

The minimum fee is $ 162 for the first 10 lines.
Each line after the first 10 is $ 12.20.
If the announcement is below 10 lines, it will be perceived the minimum rate of $ 162.
At a second time, the lines are $ 8.20 per line, starting with the first line.
For example: if the first time of running was 20 lines, the cost would be $ 164.
Each photo published is $ 125 per day.
For example: 2 paper photos on 2 days would be 4 photo taxes at $ 500.
