Accusations: St. Paul’s school employee sexually assaulted 2 months before the victim was hit during the fighting

An employee of the school in St. Paul was accused after sexually assaulted a student before pushing and hitting them during a fight for school reasons.

Judicial records show that Andre Lee Jordan, 42 years old, from West St. Paul, was charged on Thursday of a number of criminal sexual conduct of the fourth degree, a number of criminal sexual conduct of the third degree and a number of aggression of the third degree.

The accusations come from an incident of November 22, 2024, when St. Paul’s police were called to the Gordon Parks High School for a report that a school employee proposed a sex student and now fights that student.

About two months before that incident, the complaint states that the victim, who was 17 at that time, went to the sidewalk when Jordan drove and asked to talk to him.

The judicial documents say that when Jordan and the victim changed numbers and started talking regularly.

Shortly after, in September 2024, Jordan saw the victim walking again and offered him a walk. While in the car, Jordan offered the victim Marijuana, which we both smoked, according to the complaint.

Then, Jordan began to ask the victim of sexual victim before firing and sexually assaulted the minor.

Then, about a week and a half before the police were called to the Gordon Parks high school on November 22, the victim told his father about sexual assault, the complaint shows.

A report from the school director to law enforcement said that, during the altercation of November 22, Jordan named the victim a “snitch”, and the victim named Jordan a “Pervert.”

The report also said that Jordan pushed and hit the student during the fight.

The records of medical assistance at school referred to in the complaint added that the victim suffered an abrasion to the left joint and a hematoma in the center of the forehead, the left side of the nose and the left eyelid.
