Co-founder Bad Boy Records suffers Diddy’s mother for fraud, constraint

Diddy’s former business partner is trying to pursue this case for years

Sean’s mother “Diddy” Combs, Janice Combs, is sued for fraud by her former business partner.

Bad Boy Records co-founder and former president Kirk Burrowes filed a trial on Wednesday, February 26, accusing Janice, 84, of secretly taking control of his 25 percent package in the company, by threatening violence.

According to the judicial documents obtained by Us WeeklyBurrowes says he recently learned about Janice’s alleged involvement and claims that the case is not related to the usual six -year limit status.

Although he has been a vocal about Diddy’s involvement for years, Burrowes claims that a 2023 investigation has found “irrefutable evidence” that Diddy’s mother illegally assumed his property.

Burrowses describes a dramatic meeting in which Diddy would have stormed in his office, wearing a baseball stick and forced him to sign an unknown contract under the action conditions.

“In extreme conditions and in fear justified for his safety and physical life, (burrows) did not read the contract, but he still signed,” the trial shows.

Burrowows continues to claim that Janice promised to remedy the situation, but instead worked to the black list in the music industry. Now, he is looking for compensation or returning his property participation, together with an independent audit of Bad Boy’s income.

Burrowes sued this year, but previous cases were rejected due to status limitations.
