Suspect of amber alert in general; Driving the stolen car with KAN registration plate.

Platte County-Patrol of Missouri State highways canceled Amber Alert for a 5-year-old girl just before 7.m. Friday. The victim has been located and is safe. The suspect is still at sea and possibly leads a Hyundai Blue Furan accent with the Kansas 3939ABK license. It is considered armed and dangerous, according to the patrol of the Missouri State Highway.

Platte County-Patrol of Missouri State Highways has issued an Amber in Platte County, Missouri, for George Manning, 43 years old.

The victim is Giuliana Manning, 5 years old. It was last seen wearing a pink shirt Hello Kitty and answers to the Kachish nickname. The suspect is also armed with the victim.
