The man from Pike County, Arthur L. Wilson, was in front of the Alabama Liberty Council, on February 26, for a conditional freedom hearing and refused freedom.

Between 2016 and 2019, Wilson was convicted of seven accusations of theft I, six charges of third degree, a violation of the laws regarding the register of sex criminals and a number of receiving the stolen goods. He was sentenced to a total of 18 years in the Alabama correction department. He serves his time at the Easterling Correction Center in Clio.

So far, Wilson has served nine years and two months since his sentence and will be eligible for a conditional hearing on conditioned again in 2027. Wilson has previously served two years to condemn four charges of the first degree in 2006.
